Vacancy - Bulk Team Supervisor Are you seeking a role in which you can develop your skills and experience and progress your career further into a supervisory role? We are seeking a Bulk Team Supervisor to join our team at the Port of Liverpool and help us keep the world moving Your role In this role you will proactively supervise the Bulk operational areas, including vessels, terminals and other working areas. You will monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed, training and developing team members where necessary. You will ensure compliance with TASCC, BSI and regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures. You will support Terminal Management by processing overtime and managing absences, ensuring that all operational paperwork is completed accurately and on time. You will help implement operational policies and procedures which comply with company standards and objectives. What you'll bring You will have previous experience gained in bulk operations backgrounds, working closely with Mobile plant such as cranes, loading shovels and excavators along with SCADA conveyor systems.You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. With strong numerical and IT skills you will be able to understand financial data and use multiple IT programs. You will have previous training and mentoring experience, with the ability to support and develop teams. You will have knowledge of food products and food safety standards, as well as knowledge of TASSC/GAFTA. Due to the nature of the position, you will be expected to occasionally work in dusty environments and at heights. Who are we?
