HGV Service Advisor Needed
Location: Kidderminster
Our client, an award-winning multi-franchise Dealer group, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and deliver the highest quality customer experience. They will be committed to managing the customer service journey, updating customers on repair times and status, estimates, and gaining approval for additional work.
Role: HGV Service Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday; Day shift; 45 hours
Requirements:
1. You have exemplary communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face.
2. Excellent organisation and administration skills.
3. You have previous working experience in administration and/or office environments.
4. You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
5. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is preferable.
6. Understanding of Kerridge is preferable.
