Here in GXO Enfield (EN3), we’re working together with Iceland Foods and on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office. You’ll be working on a full-time,permanent basis, on a 2 week rota pattern; Week 1 – Sunday to Wednesday, Week 2 – Monday to Thursday, covering the hours of 09:00 to 19:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
* Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
* Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI’S
* Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in transport environment essential
* Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster
* Working with Food Safety standard experience preferred but not essential
* IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
