As an Engagement and Resettlement Facilitator, you will play a vital role in introducing prisoners to education and work pathways, promoting positive personal development, and fostering a supportive environment.\n\nAs an Engagement and Resettlement Facilitator, you will:\n\nLead Inductions and Assessments: Welcome new prisoners and guide them through assessments, such as Maths, English, and the Do-It Profiler, to support their education journey.\nMotivate and Support Prisoners: Encourage engagement with development plans and provide pastoral support to overcome barriers, guiding each prisoner toward successful resettlement.\nFoster Collaborative Rehabilitation: Work closely with CIAG and other teams to structure each prisoner’s journey, ensuring consistent support and development.\nPromote Accountability with Restorative Practices: Model restorative techniques that encourage prisoners to take responsibility for their actions, fostering self-improvement and positive change.\nRequirements:\n\nRelevant qualifications in education, coaching, or mentoring (e.g., Level 3 certificate in coaching or similar).\nLevel 2 in Maths & English.\nS...
