Are you an experienced Home Manager with exceptional turnaround experience & a proven track record of improving CQC grades?
I am looking for a Care Home Turnaround Manager in the North East of England that is passionate about making continuous improvements across a range of Nursing Homes on behalf of a nationwide care provider.

Nursing Home Turnaround Manager Person Specification:
1. Strong Nursing Home Manager experience (essential)
2. Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (desirable)
3. Proven track record of making & sustaining improvements within a care home environment
4. Lives within the North East area & happy to travel across the region & to Yorkshire on occasion
5. Experience delivering high quality relationship centred care
Day to Day Role of a Nursing Home Turnaround Manager:
1. Supporting home managers in improving & achieving good CQC grades & improving the lives of the residents of multiple homes
2. Covering managers sickness, annual leave & interim management
3. Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy & reducing agency use
4. Building & improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
5. Multi-site role covering the North East predominantly but this role also covers a few homes in Yorkshire!
