Salary: GBP43,134 - GBP46,433 DOE

We are currently seeking a Charge Nurse to join our purpose-built facility in Nottinghamshire, providing acute adult mental health services.
Responsibilities:
1. To lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team.
2. To support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice.
3. Be motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge.
4. Work as part of a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provides a clear pathway for the patients in your care.
Requirements:
1. Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN Registration.
2. Have a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care.
3. Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision-making skills.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, coupled with self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
