Do you pride yourself on your outstanding problem-solving skills and possess a high level of organisational skills? Global Tech company are looking for an Executive Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract to support Global CFO. This role requires someone who can operate in a professional, responsive manner where you will enable the effective and efficient running of the CFO’s schedule. You will work in partnership with other Executive Assistants based globally, providing seamless support.
What you’ll be doing
The Executive Assistant, Group CFO provides a comprehensive support to the Group CFO and where required to the Finance team to ensure the effective and efficient running of their schedules, with an emphasis on customer service and prioritising support
* Build strong relationship with CFO supporting in the delivery of their role.
* Facilitate and build relationships with Leadership Team.
* Provide sophisticated calendar management to the CFO as required. Prioritise inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring the timely distribution of agendas, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation.
* Arrange and manage logistics for meetings, including catering, conference room bookings, and setup of projectors or video conferencing equipment as needed.
* Organise, schedule and manage the preparation of Board papers, reports and other high level strategic documentations, including sensitive information.
* Provide travel arrangements for the CFO.
* Manage financial reconciliations and accurately track and process expense claims
* Support administrative activities when required as part of the wider EA team.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have an eye for detail, someone who can manage multiple priorities and enjoys working in a fast paced role. You will also have:
* Experience supporting at C-Suite/or Board Level Director
* Strong experience in an EA role supporting Executives in a fast-paced organisation
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to be adaptable
* Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
* Excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation when working with management, visitors and colleagues
* Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
* Experience in an international organisation ideally in the technology or telecoms industry

Package:
* Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 (dependent on experience)
