Requirements :
4. Client Support : Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients. Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
5. Collaboration : Work with other service providers to coordinate care and ensure clients receive necessary services. Advocate for clients and address systemic barriers to care.
6. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes
7. Professional Development : Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field. What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
8. Social Work England registration
9. Eligible to work in the UK
10. Hold a full UK licence
11. Post-qualified experience
12. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
