This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to manage campaigns strategically and effectively while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction – ensuring our clients have a great experience with us throughout each campaign they entrust us with. Responsibilities Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day handling of campaigns across Nexus Media Solutions, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise, with support from Activation Brief Response: Respond to and interrogate briefs within our agreed SLAs, ensuring a thorough understanding and accurate fulfilment of client business needs. Revenue Pipeline Management: Manage the briefed revenue pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, monitoring and achievement of revenue targets. Agency Interaction: Attend agency surgeries, provide education sessions, and create collateral to support agency needs and ensure they are well-informed. Asset Management: Handle the organi s ation and management of assets required for campaign activation. Requirements / Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to agreed business, team and individual objectives. Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in agency or account management roles. Communication Skills: Articulate and strong communicator capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and across internal teams. Interpersonal Skills: Personable and assertive, with the capacity to communicate clearly with internal and external parties. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Compliant: Managing client business with a view to established compliance guidelines in terms of process and best practice.
