About the Role Reporting to the HR Officer and working within the HR Services Team alongside other HR professionals the post holder will be responsible for supporting in the accurate and timely management of a range of HR processes and be the first point of contact into the team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail and have experience in working in an administrative environment delivering exceptional standards of customer service. This role would suit a candidate wishing to commence or develop their career in HR. Your responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks Support recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates Coordinate pre-employment checks Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers Assist with ensuring compliance with employment legislation, regulation and Foundation policies What we are looking for Experience in an administrative or officer role Computer literacy with proficiency in HRIS Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise CIPD qualifications would be desirable but not essential Closing Date: 9.00am on 14 October 2024.
