Job Description:
* Responding to client requests and preparing tailored proposals.
* Conducting research and managing availability and pricing for hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
* Supporting marketing efforts and contributing to product development initiatives.
* Ensuring timely and effective responses to client briefs.
* Assisting in optimising conversion rates and profit margins.
* Managing relationships with regular agency partners and clients.
* Overseeing suppliers, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects.
* Preparing and maintaining working documents.
* Upholding and representing company policies and requirements.
* Addressing queries and requirements from delegates, clients, and consumers.
* Assisting with office administration, including managing client and supplier databases, handling supplier payments, and overseeing credit control.
* Coordinating events on-site and managing suppliers and staff during events.
Person Specification:
* Minimum of A Level education with at least 4 years of work experience, or a degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
