Our Holywood Superstore launched in Spring 2024 and it’s about eight times bigger than the average Oxfam shop with 7,000 square feet. The quality and volume of pre-loved garments in our Holywood Superstore are set to make this a shopping destination for the island of Ireland.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
* Relevant experience in retail shop management, including knowledge of budgets and sales analysis, product knowledge, awareness of market trends, and merchandising.
* Demonstrable relevant experience in a retail environment, including customer service focus and a hands-on approach.
* Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales.
