Contracts Manager - Fit out and Refurb
Location - Company based in Luton
Salary - Depending on Experience
Up Front Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Contract Managers for a client based in Luton who is a very well-respected company that specializes in the Fitout and Refurbishment sectors.
Information on the role:
1. Managing multiple Sites & Projects in the Residential & Fit Out sector
2. Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
3. Track and report at weekly client update meetings
4. Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
5. Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
6. Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
7. Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you:
1. Proven Contract Management experience in the Fit Out industry
2. Willingness to travel to Sites
3. SMSTS
4. CSCS
5. Exceptional written and spoken English skills
6. Self-motivated personality
7. Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
8. Organisation and time management skills
