About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic FP&A Manager to join a leading multi-site business for a 6-month interim contract based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while helping drive financial planning and analysis strategies across multiple locations.
As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide insightful financial analysis and support key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for the business, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Analyse variances, trends, and business performance to drive actionable insights.
Partner with operational leaders across multiple sites to understand performance and suggest improvements.
Support budgeting activities and provide recommendations on cost optimization and profitability.
Ensure alignment of financial goals with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to improve business processes and performance metrics.
Oversee ad-hoc financial analysis as required by leadership.Key Requirements:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a similar FP&A role within a multi-site or complex business environment.
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
Experience with financial software and systems (ERP, reporting tools).
A strong commercial mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
