Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Commission + Company Car

They provide a range of equipment to customers across the Central and Southern areas of the UK, delivering an exceptional customer service.
The Role
As the Area Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of their continuous growth strategy in the Midlands region. Your role will involve driving sales, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand their market presence in the area.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the region.
* Provide expert advice on powered access and material handling solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional customer service.
* Regularly report on sales performance and market insights.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven sales experience in the powered access, material handling, or equipment hire industry.
* A strong network of industry contacts in the Midlands region.
* Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively.
* Full UK driving license.
