Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Operations Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will have primary risk oversight of products and initiatives within the team, and will be responsible for supporting risk colleagues and senior management in designing and facilitating key business-aligned risk management programs. What you'll do:
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing risks associated with various products and initiatives. You will be working in a challenging environment that requires adaptability, quick decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities. Your responsibilities will include regular interaction with risk managers across all departments, supporting your colleagues in designing key business-aligned risk management programs, coordinating with various teams to execute initiatives, supporting the overall risk environment, producing Management Information (MI), among others. This role demands dedication, attention to detail, analytical skills, and a strong awareness of risks.
* Have primary risk oversight of products and initiatives aligned within the team.
* Work in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a constantly evolving agenda.
* Regularly interact with risk managers across all departments, divisions, line managers and communicate to various levels of management within Operations.
* Support risk colleagues and senior management in designing and facilitating key business-aligned risk management programs.
* Coordinate with Operations Risk and Control, Audit and other Operations Risk teams to design, facilitate and execute upon initiatives.
* Support the overall risk environment through upholding and developing the risk and control agenda.
* Support the production of Management Information (MI) such as Risk Meetings and Governance forums.
* Complete the production of risk packs and key risk indicators.

* Bachelor's degree is required.

* Proven ability to take on challenges and execute upon key deliverables.
* Flexibility to react and adapt to business needs and changing priorities.
