Job Advertisement: Customer Services Administrator Location: Leatherhead Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Salary: £28,000 per annum Job Purpose Join our client's dynamic team and provide essential support to the administration team as needed. Key Responsibilities Make telephone contact with clients in specific situations. Request and compare quotes. Place orders as needed. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders. Manage disputes and liaise with issuers. Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as required. Candidate Specification Qualifications: GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade B or above. Previous Experience: Previous administration experience in a deadline-focused environment. Experience in a customer services or sales environment. Knowledge: General understanding of claims processes. Skills: High level of numeracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and suppliers. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Competencies and Experience: Proficient user of MS Excel and Outlook. Experience with workflow management tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems.
