What you’ll do:
1. Support Producers in the production & delivery of Brand Projects and presentation deliverables by:
2. Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers.
3. Assisting with processing invoices.
4. Scheduling formal and informal meetings.
5. Acting as a central point of contact you will support the Brand creative team by:
6. Working closely with the creative to ensure they have assets / content they need in creative & production stages. You will carry out open ended research for visual references; content research, stock images, etc if needed.
7. Planning and arranging postproduction resources.
8. Assisting with file management; maintaining delivery logs and tracking of projects. Keeping on top of administration to ensure projects are saved accurately; ensuring all projects can be easily accessed at any time.
9. Quality control throughout the process and understanding everything about the Brand. Staying ahead of all updates and changes required.
10. Ensuring all motion, static and digital assets created, are delivered to the correct spec and format, to the correct location, on time, and following the correct delivery process.
What you’ll bring:
11. University degree or 1-2yrs+ relevant experience.
12. Have some knowledge of production processes and methods for the following: email, digital, press, print, OOH, retail channels and social.
13. Passion for great creative and the ambition to make Creative best in class with a commitment to building the very best, diverse culture to deliver world-beating work.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Highly organised and can easily demonstrate successful multi-tasking.
16. You can demonstrate a flexible and pro-active approach. Have shown you can deal with constantly evolving goals and targets independently whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, attention to detail and good editorial judgement.
17. A can-do attitude, collaborative, helpful and approachable and can work as part of a team.
18. Can work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.
19. Great interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide range of contacts both internal and external.
20. A forward-thinking approach and a desire to learn and support others.
21. Experience in Broadcast Design or Branding extremely desirable.
22. Experience with supporting/facilitating shoots is a bonus – not essential.
