Working within the Business Operations team (Estates & Liabilities), the successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of services by ensuring skilled resources are available and appropriately deployed across the function. You will work closely with the Senior Resourcing Specialist to create resolutions at all levels and deal with escalated resourcing issues as well as monitoring the performance of resources by analysing data and providing analysis and management information. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a complete resource plan, ensuring that the plan reflects any changes to available resources or the demand and deliver analysis of business forecasting and headcount against budget.
* Ability to quickly interpret and articulate data sets to support management decision making.
* Experience in dealing with senior management.
* Ability to work proactively, identify improvements and find ways to deliver them.

Package: 38000- 45000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience),
