The Business: Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a family-run heating/garden ecommerce business. A bricks and mortar retailer ecommerce presence you will be responsible for the management of the ecommerce side of the business, with a main focus on driving website traffic, optimising listings, customer service excellence and maximising results. The Role: • The day-to-day running of the website.• Working with Management to form a digital marketing strategy as well as collaborating with third-party agencies to execute our PPC strategy.• Implementing product launches and continually adding to our available product catalogue.• Responding to enquiries that come through the website, phone and live chat function.• Overseeing customer care ensuring our customer’s needs are met and orders are delivered in a timely fashion. The Person: • An all-round approach to Ecommerce & Digital.• Appetite and experience with customer service queries.• Desire to grow with the business and understand the journey and brand.• Dynamic approach – willing to ‘get stuck in’ across areas from ecommerce, customer service, some administrative tasks and digital marketing.• Analytical individual that can drive sales on the website through continuous improvement and measure success.• Develop an understanding of seasonal ranges, promotions and maximising retail trends.• Ability to work towards a sales target.• Develop a pricing structure, promotional calendar and some digital strategies.This is a flexible role and the opportunity to work with a growing business and really add value.
