Online E-commerce Insights Analyst, to work for an international Food and Beverage organisation with a strong DTC online presence. This is a mid to senior mid grade position.
This role is key to deliver reporting and analytics and customised insights that will support the business with key decision making.
This role will:
* Be responsible for working closely with various data sets, and be able to bring the data together to produce reports.
* Understand the strategic insights of what the reports are conveying and provide recommendations for future areas of opportunity.
* Focus on how to improve campaigns by being able to clearly track performance and identify issues.
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders in the organisation and maintain reports to meet business objectives.
Key experience for the role:
* Approximately 5+ years experience working in analytics and insights, as well as advanced exposure working with digital analytics tools.
* Experience in Ecommerce focussed organisation with specific understanding of the various data sets in an Ecommerce landscape. i.e conversion rates and what channels to analyse.
* Highly competent utilising digital & analytical tools, i.e SQL and QLIK.
* Experienced working with large, complex datasets and skilled in data visualisation tools (Looker)
* Someone who is a self-motivated individual with strong time-management skills that can work under pressure with high volumes of workload.
* A highly analytical storyteller, able to present data and insights whilst influencing partners of different levels.
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills - able to bring new ideas and a new perspective.
* An ability to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing and complex organisation.
London based with hybrid working, 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
