We are on an exciting journey of school improvement, dedicated to ensuring all pupils thrive, especially those in vulnerable groups and pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The Role We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCo) to join our forward-thinking team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the provision for SEND pupils, ensuring that every child receives the tailored support they need to succeed and excel. We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and compassionate leader who: Is dedicated to ensuring inclusive, high-quality teaching for all pupils. Can effectively coordinate SEND provision, supporting pupils, families, and staff. Has the drive and expertise to identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to close gaps.
