Key Responsibilities:
* Set annual budgets in line with company targets and deliver forecasts and yearly targets.
* Monitor monthly and quarterly targets while ensuring you're on track for delivering full year targets.
* Set strategic plans for driving profitable sales and improving standards.

Qualifications:

* Experience managing, hiring, and mentoring a team.
* Pre-Opening experience is advantageous.
* Strong process orientation, leadership abilities, and organizational skills.
* Must be strategic, creative, and able to clearly communicate plans to deliver overall goals.
