Are you a confident sales professional looking for a role which offers ownership of a geographical area?
Confident Sales Support required to join a large distribution and processing company based in Wednesbury. This role will be to support the Sales Team in delivering exceptional service and profitable growth.
Main responsibilities will be:
* Being point of contact for the trade counter, being knowledgeable on products and services.
* Issuing customer quotes and processing sales orders.
* Research and develop new business, also follow up leads.
* Working on a geographical territory to target and generate business.
* Working on the company CRM System to keep all admin up to date.
* Record all sales activity, log calls and update customer data.
* Relationship building.
* Commercial awareness of competitive activity and to report changes in the marketplace.
* Liaise with all departments when necessary.
Experience in the following systems are advantageous but not essential:
* V-Carve CNC software experience - preferred but training is provided.
* Microsoft Dynamics AX experience preferred but training is provided.
* Sheet plastics and vinyls industry preferred but training is provided.
The right person would ideally:
* Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment and work under pressure.
* Ability to take on responsibility and develop as a capable and dependable member of a successful team.
* Confident with numbers and able to work with commercial data and pricing details.
* Happy to support and learn from successful experienced colleagues.
* CAD/CAM Experience extremely advantageous.
