Job summary The Neonatal Unit at Sunderland Royal Hospital is a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provider within the Northern Neonatal Network. We are a busy unit and require a Registered Nurse to join our hard working team. Our strong team work ethos enables all staff to develop and learn new skills. Educational opportunities will be given to meet the neonatal nurse career progression guidelines for Qualified in Speciality. We have a Practice Development Nurse to support you in your development. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated Band 5 Registered Nurse. Neonatal experience desirable but not essential. All candidates for this position must possess current NMC Registration. Main duties of the job All staff are supported to complete a University accredited Neonatal Intensive Care course, which will provide you with the skills and knowledge to progress, and work within the High Dependency and Intensive Care areas.
