In line with our exciting growth within Aseptic Services, Quantum Pharmaceutical has recently expanded our dedicated aseptic manufacturing capacity. We are currently looking for a motivated Archiving Assistant to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, where we manufacture life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs. As an Archiving Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the management, organisation, and maintenance of records ensuring they are preserved for future access. Responsibilities: Cataloguing and indexing Customer order forms and other documents. Organising physical and digital records for easy retrieval. Assigning identification numbers, keywords, and metadata to documents. Ensuring consistency in the indexing process. Inputting and updating information into database systems. Ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Ensuring that archiving practices comply with organizational policies. Assisting researchers in locating specific documents. Following, promoting, and enforcing relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures Proactively supporting the business’ operation by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time. What we are looking for : Experience of operating in a similar role is desirable. Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions. Strong attention to detail Confidence dealing with managers and employees at all levels. English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent). Working pattern for this role will be Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1800, however there is scope for flexible shift patterns along with part-time working if required.
