You Day:
• Stock Processing: Efficiently process stock receipts and despatches using the Warehouse Management IT system.
• Diary Management: Update and manage the vehicle movement booking diary system.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, transport companies, and drivers to resolve logistics issues.
• General Office Duties: Handle tasks such as raising/amending customer orders, filing, archiving documentation, and scrutiny checking.
• Compliance: Ensure all paperwork is correctly compiled, and customer requirements are met.
• Support: Assist the store operational team with information and resolve stock issues.
About You:
• Strong IT skills and excellent written communication.
• Ability to follow processes meticulously.
• Good decision-making skills and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Initial 12 weeks: £12.27 per hour
• Permanent position after 12 weeks with additional overtime opportunities to cover colleague holidays.
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
• Rotational Saturday shifts once a month.
