School Data Officer We are seeking a passionate and innovative communicator to join our team as a School Data officer with an enthusiasm for data analytics and who can be areporting specialist within the school. In this role, you will analyse and interpret data from various sources, turning it into actionable insights that support key performance metrics and academic success. You will create impactful reports and dashboards, dynamically responding to reporting needs and delivering presentations to stakeholders across the organisation. Youll ensure data integrity, collaborate with academic and professional services staff, design simple in-house surveys, and provide actionable insights that enhance the student experience. Please note that the start date for this opportunity is 18th November or ASAP Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Reports : Create regular reports, dashboards, and actionable management information to help managers track compliance and achieve key metrics. Data Management and Integrity : Manipulate, analyse, and ensure the accuracy of various data sets, supporting the workload balance system and maintaining data integrity for the school. Support Academic Assurance : Monitor, collect, and present data for academic assurance activities, such as feedback deadlines and Virtual Learning Environment compliance. Liaison and Collaboration : Work with central teams and university services to manage the delivery matrix and support student experience-focused activities. Administrative and Analytical Support : Provide general administrative support related to data analysis, aiding in business decisions and ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies.
