Key NPD Project Manager Responsibilities:
1. Lead the coordination of NPD & EPD projects
2. Lead weekly project meetings
3. Work cross-functionally with innovation, technical, supply chain, artwork, sales & marketing
4. Plan resources to deliver the projects
5. Highlight bottlenecks and share options for solutions
6. Act as primary liaison with internal stakeholders
7. Champion best practice project management standards and processes
8. Lead monthly gate meetings with leadership team
9. Manage the trial plan
10. Lead the introduction and maintenance of processes internally
About You:
1. Strong background in project management within FMCG
2. Ability to manage multiple projects
3. Good IT Skills - Microsoft Office
4. Dynamic and relentlessly optimistic
5. Hands-on and driven individual, not shy of self-motivation
6. Able to think strategically and adapt to change and uncertainty
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
