KEY DUTIES - CONTINUED Perform Data quality Audits on patient records scanned in the department ensuring compliance with agreed targets To actively participate in month end targets and Departmental service Audits To Alert Non-Clinical Services Manager, Admin Supervisor and users to recurrent problem areas. To be able to communicate with all levels of staff in the Trust be able to communicate messages and problems as they arise Oversee the safe storage and collection of Patients paper records ensuring compliance with Data protection. Be able to work as part of a team, promote effective workflows in the department to cover leave and sickness. Deal appropriately with all enquiries and requests, telephone, and e-mail, ensuring a responsive service is delivered To work in a flexible manner in accordance with Trust Policy. Maintain all working areas, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to. Adhere to Trust and departmental Uniform Policy Ensure compliance of all departmental Data Quality initiatives. Attend appropriate training, meetings, and education sessions at the request of manager. Suggest and implement new ways of working to improve efficiency. Any other duties required by your Line Manager TEACHING & TRAINING RESPONSBILITIES: Assist Administration Supervisor with training and induction of new administration staff.
