Engage with customers and Key Opinion Leaders to gather valuable feedback, refine strategies, and maintain our brand's excellence.
Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in developing sales tools and training materials that empower our sales force. You'll also manage the operational expenses budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering on plan objectives.

This role will be accountable for:
1. Product Positioning and Messaging: Defining the unique value proposition of the product and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
2. Go-To-Market Strategy: Developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products, including identifying target markets, determining pricing strategies, planning promotional activities, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product launch.
3. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
4. Sales Enablement: Providing the sales team with the tools, training, and collateral they need to effectively sell the product.
5. Customer Insights: Gathering and analysing customer feedback and data to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
6. Product Launches: Planning and executing product launches with the Straumann Brand Manager.
7. Product Training: Leading Product Training for the full range of Straumann implants and biomaterials portfolios.
8. Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
9. Collaboration: Collaborating closely with Global Product Management, Sales, Brand Management, Regulator and other departments to align on product strategy.
This role will be responsible for:
1. Product Expertise and Market Analysis: Serving as the expert on all Straumann Dental Implant System (SDIS) and Biomaterials-related issues.
2. Product Positioning and Messaging: Developing compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates SDIS and Biomaterials from competitors.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with R&D to guide product development based on market needs and feedback.
4. Customer Engagement and Feedback: Engaging with customers to gather feedback on products and improve marketing strategies.
5. Sales Support and Training: Creating and delivering sales tools and training materials to support the sales team's efforts.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all marketing materials and product claims comply with industry regulations and standards.
7. Budget Management: Managing the operational expenses budget to deliver plan objectives within budget.
8. Product Launches and New Initiatives: Planning and executing product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Requirements
Experience:
* Proven Experience in Product Marketing: Significant experience in product marketing, ideally within the dental or medical device industry.
* Track Record of Successful Product Launches: Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving market adoption.
* Experience with Cross-Functional Teams: Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
* Customer Engagement: Experience in engaging with customers and gathering feedback.
* Budget Management: Experience managing budgets and ensuring financial objectives are met.
Knowledge:
* Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of either dental or a similar market.
* Marketing Techniques: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing market data, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
