Main Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for pupils, staff, and visitors at our academy. This role includes accommodation at the caretaker house in Earith and involves working across multiple ALT sites. Key Responsibilities: Site safety and security to include key holding responsibility. Handle general repairs and maintenance tasks. Assist in preparing rooms and work areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Supervise staff and coordinate with contractors. Work closely with the in-house cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained, and perform ad-hoc cleaning duties as and when required. Why Join Us?
