Sales & Account Manager
Birmingham (B16)
£28,000-£32,000 D.O.E.
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 (Full time office based role)
Our client are a busy powder coating firm in the B16 area of Birmingham. They are seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Account Manager to join their small office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business and nurturing new customers into healthy accounts. You will also have to be proactive in helping existing customers. You will need to have a self-motivated approach. A good knowledge of powder coating is desired. You must be personable be able to build good working relationships and work in their small team.
Daily tasks will include:
* Cold and warm calling to businesses who outsource materials to be powder coated
* Sourcing your own leads via social media, google etc
* Quoting jobs using technical drawings and/or descriptions of work involved
* Answering customer queries in a timely manner
* Using Sage 50 software to upload quotes and orders
* Other office duties
