Pro Insurance currently has an exciting new opportunity for an internal Recruitment Consultant to join our Recruitment and HR team. As Pro's business continues to grow, so does the need to hire new talent. The post holder will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising new vacancies to offering and onboarding new employees to ensure that the business is being supported and resource demand is being reached. The successful candidate will have experience of sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, offering, and creating contracts. It would also be advantageous but certainly not essential to have had experience in working with a wider HR team to support the onboarding and induction processes. This role will be working on a hybrid basis from home and our Liverpool offices but may be required to travel to our Gloucester office when required.
Role and Responsibilities
* Posting job adverts on the ATS (applicant tracking system), LinkedIn, and other local/national job boards.
* Screening high volume applications, reviewing CVs, and liaising with candidates.
* Conducting initial CV reviews and screening calls with potential candidates.
* Maintaining and updating our ATS - Networx.
* Undertake any right to work checks required.
* Booking and arranging interviews.
* Conducting interviews via Teams video calls.
* Creating and sending contracts and new starter documentation.
* Support the onboarding and induction processes for new employees in the Liverpool office.
* Updating and maintaining management information data.
* Manage the candidates regularly throughout the process, providing regular contact, honest and prompt feedback - ensuring the overall candidate experience is good.
* Work closely with the wider HR team.
Qualifications
* In-house recruitment experience (including interviewing).
* Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter.
* Experience of using job boards.
* Great attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
* Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
* It would be advantageous to have experience of working and supporting a wider HR team with onboarding and inductions.
* Insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous.
