Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm)

As a Sales Administrator you will:
* Deal with day to day queries from parks and customers.
* Ensure all business sales
and private sales are loaded on system accurately.
* Support the accurate processing
and reporting of Cost of Sales within system to enable accurate reconciliation
and profit reporting.
* Weekly posting of all sales,
credits and return of deposits.
* Process finance
agreements linked to sales and fees.
* Support Support Office
Colleagues, parks and admin teams with queries – Periodic travel to work from a
park is required.
* Support the calculation
of sales profits and targets.
* Process income cash in
the form of bank transfers and cheques.
* Weekly banking of cheques
and supporting the reconciliation of payments into the bank.
* Weekly reporting on sales
and credits.
* Support and improve process
changes within the business.
* Support Commercial Support
Team with duties such as bulk billing runs, mail shots, year-end stock takes
and so on – including on park if required.
