Job summary Croydon CAMHS are excited to advertise 2 Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist roles within the Croydon CAMHS Crisis Team We have a full term substantive post (1 WTE) as well as a part time option. Both posts open to registered Nurses/Social Workers/ Occupational Therapist or equivalent who have experience in CAMHS or risk assessment work. Main duties of the job The successful applicant/s will assess and manage young people presenting at Croydon University Hospital in mental health crisis and their families, carers, and related professionals. They will co-ordinate and deliver discharge planning and follow up appointments alongside CAMHS colleagues of individualised care for adolescents and their families and evaluate these programmes, ensuring high standards of practice in accordance with national guidelines and Trust policy.
