McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with a multi-site construction business who have an immediate need for an Administrator / Project Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. Working closely with key stake holders and customers the successful candidate will have the responsibility for the ensuring all project works are completed within agreed timescales. Key Duties: General Administration Answering calls Responding to emails Maintain and update systems (Databases and CRM system) Typing various documents and electronic information Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry Relevant ad hoc duties as required Eligibility criteria: Recent experience in an administration position (2 years minimum) Strong academic record including Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above Experience within a construction environment (Desirable) Computer literate - including strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams Good analytical ability with attention to detail Strong Organisational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines whilst paying particular attention to details Be highly numerate and comfortable working with multiple sources of information Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport To apply for this role please forward your CV ASAP to Paul Coulter.
