The Department of Economics at Durham University seeks to appoint an Associate Professor of Climate Economics on a full-time or part-time contract.
This role will be heavily research-focused for the first three years, with minimal teaching responsibilities. After this initial period, the post will evolve into a regular Associate Professor position.
The successful candidate will contribute to the JusTNOW initiative, a £5 million investment aimed at advancing knowledge and implementation of just transitions to net zero at international, national, and local levels.
As part of this interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with colleagues from Law, Economics, Computer Science, and Natural Sciences to drive cutting-edge research and impact agendas.
