About the Role:
Venatu Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Print Coordinator on behalf of our client. This fixed-term maternity cover role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and dynamic team until June 2026.
As a Print Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth processing of UK and export print orders while managing a selection of accounts to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a strong administrative background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all print sales proformas and orders with precision.
* Provide efficient administrative support to the sales team across all stages of the sales process.
* Ensure all paperwork is accurate, guaranteeing customers receive the correct goods at the correct address and price.
* Prepare and submit accurate print purchase orders to suppliers promptly.
* Update the online whiteboard with order statuses and relevant details.
* Check, arrange, and submit client artwork for approval, ensuring amendments follow company procedures.
* Communicate effectively across internal departments to maintain service excellence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Maintain high standards of record-keeping and organization.
* Provide cover for the print department during absences, holidays, or busy periods.
* Follow company procedures to minimize costs without compromising on quality.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual with:
* Essential Qualifications:
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C/L4 or above).
* Skills and Experience:
* Strong administrative background with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage.
* Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional tele manner.
* Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
* Character and Traits:
* A team player with a personable and collaborative attitude.

Additional Requirements:
* Proof of the right to work in the UK.
* Access to your own transport would be advantageous due to the office location.
