Accounts Administrator Permanent Fully office based Construction Industry - Minimum 2/3 years experience PFC Careers are currently working with a medium construction company in the recruiting of an Accounts Administrator for their offices just south of Glasgow The role will be varied encompassing many aspects of account including: Accurate processing of purchase invoices Process CIS payments Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and BACS payment run Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis Preparation of monthly petty cash and entry into accounting system General office administrative duties; filing, scanning and archiving All aspects of sales ledger Candidates Requirements: Applicant must be detail-oriented Proficient in use of MS Office, particularly Excel Must be able to work under tight deadlines A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills Good time keeping and attendance An excellent salary and benefits package is on offer.
