We are looking to recruit a skilled, experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our busy nursery and Out of School Club in Lyneham.

Lead with innovation while managing the day-to-day running of the nursery.
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders including parents, schools, and
local agencies.
Achieve outstanding results through teamwork, passion, and commitment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Extensive knowledge of the early years education system and a desire to provide
the highest standard of care.
Proven management experience in a setting rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by
Ofsted.
NVQ Level 3 in childcare (or equivalent).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A team player who thrives on collaboration but can also manage independently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the nursery team with confidence, providing coaching, mentoring, and
development opportunities.
Drive nursery improvement and growth, from occupancy targets to curriculum
planning.
Ensure we continue to deliver excellent early years education.
Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational tasks effectively.
Be a key liaison with parents and external agencies to promote our services and
meet children's needs.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from £29,120 to £33,000 (DOE).
Ongoing management training and opportunities to pursue further qualifications,
such as a Foundation Degree or Early Years Teacher Status (EYT).

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with shifts between 7:30am – 6pm,
flexible working pattern will be considered.
