As Change and Adoption Manager, you will work on high user technology impacting projects to ensure user adoption and more sustainable implementation of change is enabled through effective change management strategies. You will develop and implement change management plans to ensure we release value early.
Your responsibilities will include generating widespread interest and engagement in projects and programmes, sharing the approach to support change management across the organisation, and providing insightful analysis to enable leaders to understand the perceptions of our people as they go through change.
You will lead, coach, and counsel stakeholders in the development of a compelling narrative for change, using a diverse range of sophisticated communications channels and techniques to engage people in change, and undertaking analysis to understand its impact.
Skills / Experience Required
1. Significant experience in delivering business change with the proven ability to lead people through change and transition, and the ability to plan and develop change strategies to support the implementation of changes.
2. Understanding of implementing agile / transformative ways of working, with an awareness and understanding of process mapping and using a product approach to deliver outcomes.
3. Demonstrated understanding of project and change management theory and practice, including different models and their effectiveness, operating effectively with leaders to gain their support, and providing examples of developing communications to increase user adoption.
4. Demonstrable communication skills at all levels, along with a confident approach, resilience, self-awareness, and excellent attention to detail.
