As a Senior Manager you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. What your days will look like: Proactively manage a portfolio of clients in the Financial Services sector, reporting to Directors and Partners. Oversee the delivery of various technical projects, including partial exemption, liability issues, global compliance management, and corporate restructuring. Utilize a curious mindset and analytical approach to address complex client problems. Lead financial management aspects for clients and spearhead business development activities to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with specialists across our global network to achieve optimal client outcomes. Train, coach, and supervise junior team members while supporting Partners and Directors in team leadership. Stay informed on relevant regulatory and business issues and develop internal and external relationships to enhance your PwC brand. The role is for you if: Must possess an ACA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country. Experience working with financial services businesses in either an advisory or in-house capacity. Proven track record of delivering quality work in the financial services sector with a deep understanding of businesses and professional standards. Ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships and lead discussions with senior clients confidently. Extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, including financial and risk management. Strong attention to detail, with awareness of industry trends and challenges, and capable of planning and managing work against tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting arguments and influencing others, along with a history of providing constructive feedback. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to uphold professional standards consistently.
