Hydroplan specialises in the planning, design, construction and operation of renewable energy projects in the UK and internationally.
There are currently two main offices in the UK; Fort William in Scotland and Wimborne in England and we are looking for an organised administrator to join our friendly and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the management of day to day administrative tasks
* Assist with conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
* Compiling and editing reports, presentations and proposals as assigned
* Help develop and enhance companies marketing material and administer and maintain company websites
* Liaison with clients and suppliers
* Creating and maintaining records and databases
* Coordinate and book travel arrangements and accommodation (both in the UK and internationally)
* Liaise with the various departments and assist/coordinate where required
* Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Key skills and abilities
1. At least 5 years’ relevant experience
2. Experience of marketing would be an advantage
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to speak with both clients and suppliers.
4. A friendly but professional attitude. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and calm under pressure.
