We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Aerospace Sector
This position is based in England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop extensive knowledge of the company's products, applications, and strategic objectives.
* Foster strong customer relationships by maintaining frequent and effective communication, providing value to clients, and gaining a competitive advantage. Maintain key information on customers’ organizations, decision-makers, and objectives.
* Stay informed about the global aerospace market, including developments in OEM and Aftermarket (distribution) channels such as customer expectations, acquisitions, industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate on the development of strategic and tactical objectives for customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and convert them into viable sales orders.
* Maintain current business contracts while expanding the territory through market share gains, acquiring new customers, and identifying new applications for company products.
* Analyze business situations from all competitive perspectives, define problems, collect relevant data, and draw valid conclusions. Contribute to LTA (Long-Term Agreement) negotiations, both commercially and contractually.
* Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and coordination between customer needs, internal teams, and manufacturing sites.
* Draft detailed written summaries about customers to keep sales management, product management, and leadership informed of account activities and developments. Maintain these summaries accurately and up-to-date.
* Cultivate strong working relationships with other divisions and sales engineers within the company.
* Ensure compliance with company policies on sales forecasting, expense reporting, and ethical standards.
* Exhibit team leadership by coaching and supporting colleagues.
Travel Requirements: Professional travel is required for this role, with an expected frequency of approximately 50%.

* Prior experience in aerospace components and bearings sales is mandatory.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in team management are essential.
