We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to be part of our fantastic Service in Burnley!
As a Senior Support Worker, you must be a positive, hands-on leader with demonstratable experience leading a team in a care environment.
You will need to provide guidance and support to your team of support workers, ensuring that the individuals we support always have their personal needs met by yourself and your team. You will need to accurately complete daily documentation and maintain a friendly and professional approach with individuals we support even when managing complex or challenging behaviours. You will need to oversee and ensure Support Workers are following correct reporting procedures alongside leading / organising shifts and allocating duties where necessary.
As a Senior Support Worker, we require that you have a successful track record of experience within the health and social care sector. With experience of using your own initiative and an understanding of when issues need escalating to a senior colleague.
Please note that to work as a Senior Support Worker for Blue Ribbon, you must be at least 18 years old. We also do not offer Sponsorship.
