Customer Care Coordinator - £27,000 - £30,000 - Leeds - Permanent
Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join my client, a House Builder, based in the Leeds area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting the needs of homeowners after sales.
The role is an office-based position, hours are 8:30 - 17:00, Mon to Thurs and 4pm finish on Friday.
The Role:
1. Working closely with the Head of Customer Care and wider Customer Care team, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowners after the sale.
2. Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed.
3. Provide support and advice to sub-contractors, building and maintaining relationships and ensuring works are carried out and the department is kept up to date.
4. Speak with Site or Construction teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
5. Take ownership of the homes covered and customers you work with, offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the expectations of the client.
6. Scheduling the Operative's diaries and appointments, ensuring the system and CRM are up to date with works carried out.
7. Ensuring the commercial team is kept up to date regarding costs.
Key Skills:
1. Experience within a Customer Service Coordinator role, or relevant experience in the House Building/Construction industry.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Excellent telephone manner.
