Job description
We are looking for a CAFM Manager for a full-time permanent role in Warrington.
This role is essential to ensuring the contract is maintained in line with all SLA's and PFI contractual requirements. It ensures that all PPM work is planned, assigned, and closed out correctly on the CAFM system (Concept), and that all corrective work is also raised, assigned, and closed out correctly and within SLA.
The post holder will manage the CAFM team and systems, generating monthly PPMs and distributing them to the Workflow Scheduler for internal PPMs, and via the Technical Team for subcontractor PPMs. To continually monitor the completed and open PPMs to maintain contractual compliance.
Duties include
1. System Management: Overseeing the CAFM system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization, including regular updates and maintenance.
2. Data Management: Collecting, analysing, and reporting on data related to facilities management, such as space utilisation, maintenance schedules, and asset management.
3. Team Coordination: Managing a team of facilities staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assisting in the development of budgets for facilities operations and managing costs effectively.
5. Vendor Management: Working with third-party service providers and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contracts.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that facilities management practices comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
7. Project Management: Leading or supporting facilities projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
8. User Support: Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding facilities issues, providing support and solutions as needed.
9. Strategic Planning: Contributing to the strategic development of facilities management practices within the organization.
10. Training and Development: Providing training and support for staff on the use of CAFM systems and best practices in facilities management.
Who are we looking for?
* Presentation and speaking skills are essential
* Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
* Previous experience of managing/supervising a team
* Knowledge of CAFM systems with a preference for Concept
* Previous healthcare experience would be an advantage but not essential
* Managing the CAFM team and requirements across multiple locations/buildings
