* Renal
* Audiology
* Sexual Health
To be responsible for ensuring that within all specific work areas all local and national performance standards and objectives are met.
Main duties of the job
* To be responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of services; leading and effectively implementing change management initiatives to improve service provision.
* To influence and lead on the strategic development and service improvement of clinical services in conjunction with the Matron and in support of the Clinical Director.
* With the Clinical Director and Matron, to view the grouping of services as a business unit in line with service line reporting (SLR), and to lead on embedding and using SLR in the management of the Directorate.
* Other services may be added to this portfolio in line with the Directorate Managers' personal development programme, and the needs of the service.
* To participate in the Trust's on-call manager rota.

* Significant and proven senior management experience.
* Professional management qualification or equivalent.
* Educated to Masters Level in a health-related, business, or leadership field, or equivalent in-depth experience.
* Ability to problem solve and demonstrate analytical skills.
* Able to assess a broad range of complex information quickly and accurately including finance, activity, clinical, and technical service data.
* Ability to oversee and interpret the performance targets of specialties.
* Ability to provide strategic leadership to senior clinical teams and manage complex and multi-faceted problems.
