Responsibilities: Coordinate people and processes to ensure successful project delivery. Develop detailed project plans and manage resources to meet deadlines. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring financial targets are met. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain strong relationships. Conduct site surveys, manage designs, and handle project mobilization. Monitor on-site performance, provide regular progress reports, and address any issues. Finalize projects, ensuring smooth commissioning and site clearance. Lead and mentor the project delivery team, conducting performance reviews and encouraging continuous improvement. Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, actively managing risks and ensuring compliance. Support senior management by providing timely advice and addressing challenges. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in managing M&E projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Forward-thinking and open to adopting new technology. Industry-recognized Project Management qualifications (advantageous).
